First you need a high speed internet connection, like a DSL line.
Then you have to have a static IP address assigned to your THEOS computer.
Next you have to have version 4.2 of THEOS and the latest AVAIL programs.
On the remote PC you will have to load TWS.
Once you have all that, then on the remote PC in TWS type in the IP address of the
THEOS computer and you will be connected.

You then can add a link on your current web site to the AVAIL web server.
When someone clicks on the link it will run I-AVAIL and allow them into your
AVAIL after they enter an account and a password.
